Does the software support English?
Carise is available in Japanese only. Please use your browser's translation feature.
What payment methods are available?
Payment is by credit card. Your card details are registered securely via Stripe.
What is “Service Data”?
It contains the main specification values of the vehicle, engine, chassis and so on, together with inspection standard values. *Inspection and maintenance content other than specifications is provided for imported vehicles only. *For Japanese vehicles, please use “maintenance manual information” and “technical information” as alternative references. (*From the 2015 edition onward, only main specifications and inspection standard values are provided.)
Can anyone use the data?
Contracts are available only to companies engaged in auto-related businesses, such as repair shops, body & paint shops and gas stations.
Can I use the data in Excel and similar tools?
Yes. You can retrieve the data you need in real time and use it in Excel and similar tools. *This is an advanced feature; a specification document is available.
Are there limits on the number of searches or logins?
The service has the following usage limits:

1. Search-count limit — If access exceeding typical search counts or frequency is detected, usage may be temporarily restricted.

2. Simultaneous-login limit — Simultaneous logins with a single account are not allowed. If you log in on another device, the first device is automatically logged out.

3. Global-IP restriction — Access from multiple global IP addresses is not permitted, and a temporary restriction may apply.
Can I try it out first?
Yes — you can try the service for up to two months.
